What is a Space Station?

A Space Station is a large alien space station that can be docked with your starships. Every star system has its own space station. Though the appearance may differ from each space station you visit, all the amenities is the same but the products might also differ.

Inside the Space Station

Space stations are your go-to for buying new stuff for your adventures. It ranges from buying a starship, upgrading your starship, tools, and storage. The space station also offers various quests that provide rewards or currencies to exchange and purchase from vendors within the space station.

First Floor

The first floor is the first part of the Space Station you will encounter. These hold the docking station and the starship section.

Docking Station

The docking station is where your starship will stay during your time inside the space station. Other voyagers will also land here and you can trade with them.

Each NPC has a different starship that you can buy or trade for your starship. The price may vary depending on the quality or class of the starship.

Also, you can trade, buy, or sell items with other voyagers docked inside a space station. The availability of items will also change depending on the trader.

Station Teleporter

Each space station has a terminal station teleporter. You can teleport to all your bases or any space station you have visited. So convenient!

Starship Outfitting

Starship outfitting is found on the back portion of the station. It enables you to salvage ships, upgrade the class of your current ship, or buy a storage for it.

Starship Fabricator

Starship Fabricator allows players to design their starship, replace their parts, and compare which part is best for the starship.

Appearance Modifier

In this section, you can change the color of your suit, your jetpack, and your overall appearance. It’s basically a customization of your persona. Let`s go to the next section of the space station!

Mission Agent

On the same floor is the mission agent, where they give you a mission with respective rewards. Missions are beneficial to gain credits, such as nanites and units.

Galactic Trade Terminal

Galactic trade terminal is found in space stations and offers different materials and you could sell harvested materials for profit.

Cartographer Vendor

Cartographer vendors sell maps or coordinates that can be solved by the player to locate a treasure chest and claim its bounty. Sometimes, these chests contain rare materials! Let`s head to another section of the first floor!

Fossil Collector

Fossil collectors are introduced with the fossil update. It is like a collection for players to display on their bases. Don`t miss out on looking for Fossils! Let`s head to the upper floor!

Second Floor

The second floor contains the upgrades for your exosuit, multi-tool, and starship components.

Technology Merchant Exosuit

Technology Merchant offers different upgrades for your exosuit, like a life support module for extension of the duration of oxygen, and other upgrades to prolong your survival time outside.

Beside the merchant is the exosuit upgrade for extra slots in your exosuit storage.

Technology Merchant Multi-Tool

Technology merchant on the other hand provides different module upgrades for your tools such as mining beam, scanner and terrain manipulator.

Beside the merchant is the multi-tool upgrade station, where you can get more slots for module upgrades to your tools.

Next would be the weapon terminal, which is like an offer that differs at every space station, and you can compare it with your multi-tool equipped. It can be bought with currencies.

Technology Merchant Starship

Technology merchant starship is a vendor that sells starship module upgrades that improve damage, flight efficiency, and storage.

Merchant for Exocraft Modules

The Merchants for Exocraft are also found on Space Stations. They offer different upgrade modules to further make your exocraft stronger and efficient.

Guild Envoy Merchant

Envoy Merchants are like a guild wherein the more you rank up. You can claim free rewards such as materials. To gain levels, you need to donate materials.

Third Floor

The third floor only contains the station core, which is like a placeholder for a future update. It enables you to communicate with the huge ball machine. However, they could update something that enables users to control the station. Only a speculation, though.
