You must comply with the terms of service of the respective games
Trading real money for in-game items violates game policies and is not allowed on our platform

We reserve the right to remove listings, suspend accounts, or ban users who engage in fraudulent or suspicious activities.

5. User-Generated Content

By submitting content (comments, guides, listings, etc.) to MetaForge.app, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform. You represent that:

You own or have permission to use the content you submit
Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
Your content is accurate to the best of your knowledge

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms, is offensive, harmful, or inappropriate. We may moderate comments and user submissions at our discretion.

6. Premium Membership

We offer premium membership subscriptions that provide exclusive perks, including but not limited to ad-free browsing and increased data storage capacity. Premium memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled.

Billing and Cancellation

You will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain premium benefits until the end of your current billing period.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds for premium memberships under the following conditions:

Within 14 days of purchase: Full refund available for any reason

Note: We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods after the 14-day window, or for accounts that have been banned or suspended for violating these terms.

All content, features, and functionality on MetaForge.app (excluding user-generated content) are owned by us or our licensors. Game data, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of any game-related intellectual property.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

9. Limitation of Liability
