Rapid Freeze
Description
After Flowing Dew creates a small glacial field that deals continuous damage and increases enemy Freeze gauge. Does not inflict Stagger.(15 second cooldown)

(While holding ) [Evade] + [Heavy Attack]
Keywords
- Freeze
- A magic debuff triggered at max stacks. Disables control for 6 seconds and continuously drains HP. When triggered, all stacks of the same type are removed from the target.
- Stagger & Knockback
- Interrupts skill casting on hit. Stagger and Knockback can stack, and their effects trigger based on the target's Stagger RES.
