Description
Consumes HP on use. The arrow pierces through enemies and increases their Burn gauge. Scarlet Arrow does not grant Primed.

Keywords
- Burn
- A magic debuff triggered at max stacks. Disables control for 4 seconds and continuously drains HP. When triggered, all stacks of the same type are removed from the target.
- Primed
- Offensive Maneuvers and ranged attacks, excluding Aimed Shot, grant Primed, stacking up to 15 times. At maximum stacks, Rapid Fire becomes available. Offensive Maneuvers grant 5 stacks at a time.
