Storm's Wake

Description

Stormsplitter triggers an explosion on the ground, dealing damage and inflicting Stagger to enemies within range. Also increases the enemy Shock gauge.

Interrupts skill casting on hit. Stagger and Knockback can stack, and their effects trigger based on the target's Stagger RES.

Shock

A magic debuff triggered at max stacks. Disables control for 3 seconds and continuously drains HP. When triggered, all stacks of the same type are removed from the target.
