Description
It seems that Ismelo has no intention of talking for free. You'll need to prove yourself useful for him to talk. First, find the whereabouts of his Diamond Shores friend who recently went missing. Or seek out Kenni, who misunderstood Ismelo and went fishing near the cemetery. Resolve either issue and return to Ismelo. In exchange, he'll share what he knows.
