LOTR: Return to Moria

The final hidden Dwarf Door can be found in the Narvi Forge located inside the Western Halls, added as part of the Durin’s Folk DLC and Update 6. Teleport to the Elven Quarter, head to the Narvi Forge, and reveal the concealed Dwarf Door behind the statue.

You must use a combination of Beam Mirrors and a Splendor Mirror to direct light into the correct position, enabling you to sing to the door and unlock it.

Step 1: Traveling to the Narvi Forge

Navigate to the Western Halls

Start by heading to your nearest mapstone. Select the destination for the Western Halls, which houses the area known as the Elven Quarter. This location contains the Narvi Forge, an important structure from earlier in the game.

Teleport to the Elven Quarter

Teleport directly to the Elven Quarter. Once you arrive, the Narvi Forge is directly ahead of you, easy to spot from the entrance.

Step 2: Locating the Hidden Dwarf Door

Approach the Narvi Forge

Make your way toward the forge. This is the very first forge you ever ignited in your world, making it familiar to most players. Walk to the center of the forge area.

Check Behind the Statue

The Dwarf Door is hidden behind the large statue standing at the forge. Move behind the statue to reveal the sealed stone door. Once you see it, you will need to find a way to illuminate the door in order to activate its ancient mechanism.

Step 3: Preparing the Light Source

Return to the Entrance for Light

Walk back toward the main entrance of the forge. This is where you will find the natural light source needed to begin the puzzle. The goal is to redirect this light into the forge chamber so it can reach the hidden door.

Build the First Beam Mirror

Place your first Beam Mirror near the entrance. Position it carefully so that the reflected light passes between the pillar on the left and the wall on the right. This positioning can be tricky due to the tight spacing, so take your time adjusting the angle until the beam shines successfully through the gap.

Building Beam Mirror

Step 4: Extending the Light Path with the Splendor Mirror

Build a Splendor Mirror

Once the first Beam Mirror is reflecting light into the forge, it is time to amplify and extend the illuminated area. Build a Splendor Mirror within the radius of the light beam created by the first mirror. The Splendor Mirror spreads the light in a wider area, making it easier to place the next Beam Mirror.

Set the Second Beam Mirror

With the Splendor Mirror active, place a second Beam Mirror inside its light radius. Rotate this mirror until the beam is directed upward toward the statue where the hidden Dwarf Door is located.

Step 5: Opening the Final Dwarf Door

Check the Light Path

Return to the statue and confirm that the reflected beam is shining on the surface of the hidden door. If necessary, make small adjustments to the mirrors until the light lands correctly.

Sing to Open the Door

Singing to door

Once the light beam is successfully illuminating the door, you can now sing to activate it. The ancient carvings will respond, and the final Dwarf Door will open.

Congratulations on locating and unlocking the final hidden Dwarf Door in the Narvi Forge.

This room contains a piece of paper at the rune looking table behind me. This piece of paper will start the next quest. Other than that, it does not have any other purpose besides looking awesome!!
