Grand Theft Auto 6 Leaked Trailer Becomes Officially Released by Rockstar
Today, Grand Theft Auto developers, Rockstar Games have officially released their earlier-than-expected Grand Theft Auto 6 leaked Trailer! Unfortunately, leaks can happen, however, Rockstar took it in their stride and released the GTA 6 Trailer for us all to officially see. Let’s check out what the trailer had to offer for us and highlight some interesting moments!

Where is Grand Theft Auto 6 set?
Officially shown in the GTA 6 Trailer above, Grand Theft Auto 6 is look to be set in a familiar setting – Vice City! Vice City was incredibly popular among the GTA fanbase and is set for a huge return. However, compared to what we’ve previously seen, technology in gaming has come a long way – setting up GTA 6 and Vice City to be an incredible visual world to experience.

As we could see in the GTA 6 Trailer, not only do we have the vast mainland city of Vice City itself – we can even see and travel to multiple islands! This can open up a plethora of opportunities for the game, including future content.
In GTA 6 does Social Media matter?
Throughout the GTA 6 Trailer, Social Media seemed to play a high level role of importance. Several clips of different moments in Vice City were shown through the lens of Social Media, perhaps indicating a large usage in GTA 6 gameplay. We imagine it’d be incredible to have a self-functioning Social Media that all online players can use with each other during gameplay. For example, in previous GTA titles, you heavily use your Phone for various activities.
What locations are in GTA 6?
During the Grand Theft Auto leaked Trailer, city life wasn’t all that was shown off. For example, some moments early on in the trailer show a water-based vehicle cruising through the Countryside. As a result, it is reasonable to assume that multiple locations of differing types will co-exist in GTA 6!
Is there Gangs or Factions in Grand Theft Auto 6?
In GTA 6, it can be more than assumed that there will be Gangs or Factions throughout Vice City for you to interact with. For example, in the Trailer, a Gang of Bikers can be seen causing havoc across the streets. Also, other scenes mentioning “High Rollerz Lifestyle” and “Thrillbilly Mud Club” indicate more groups existing too.
What is the Story in GTA 6?
The Story of GTA 6 seems to follow a woman named “Lucia” and her partner whose name is not officially revealed yet. The Trailer starts with Lucia being spoken to in an office while in Prison attire. This could be either the “end” result of the game, but recapping the whole story – or just the beginning moments before leaving said prison. Regardless, Lucia and her partner seem to battle through crime and romance as partners, placing a heavy emphasis on trust being the key factor to succeeding.
When is the release date for GTA 6?
Shown at the end of the Grand Theft Auto 6 leaked Trailer, the game is set for a release date of 2025! When in 2025, however, is not confirmed yet. We expect the second half of 2025 but this is speculation. Rockstar in general, however, is typically great at releasing their games on time. As a result, we’re hopeful that the 2025 release date sticks and we can potentially see it earlier than we first expect!
