It has both favorable and unfavorable attributes and not everyone enjoys the katana because of that. The katana in this game seems to be slightly improved over its previous version, and even benefits from the player’s strength stat increasing. It is much more capable of severing limbs than any other melee weapon, even before your opponent is dead.
