It is a simple Molotov Cocktail, very useful at setting alight enemies in a small radius before extinguishing them after a few seconds. It is extremely useful for clearing out multiple low-health enemies such as Mutant Babies, enemies with higher health may require a direct hit with the Molotov in order to kill them.
