Best Location to Find Apricots in ARC Raiders

To find Apricots in ARC Raiders, head to the Red Lakes area on the east side of Dam Battlegrounds. This is currently the best and most reliable location to collect Apricots, which are essential for upgrading Scrappy from Level 2 to Level 3. You’ll need 3 Apricots and 3 Lemons to complete this upgrade.

Why You Need Apricots

Apricots are a type of Nature Loot required for Scrappy’s upgrade path. To level up Scrappy from Level 2 → Level 3, you’ll need:

• 3× Apricots
• 3× Lemons

These items can be gathered across various areas, but the Dam Battlegrounds (Red Lakes region) offers the a nice amount of Apricots without too much competition with other raiders..

Recommended Preparation

Before heading out, make sure you’re properly prepared:

• Go in with a custom loadout that allows you to have Safe Pockets via your augment.
  • This means that even if you fail to extract, your Apricots will still be safe and return home with you to Scrappy.
• Use our Dam Battlegrounds Interactive Map to locate the Red Lakes area quickly.

Step 1: Load into Dam Battlegrounds

Start by loading into Dam Battlegrounds, which is one of the most resource-rich maps in ARC Raiders. Once you spawn, open your map and set a waypoint to Red Lakes, located on the east side of the map.

Step 2: Explore Red Lakes for Apricot Trees

Upon reaching Red Lakes, begin exploring the area for Apricot Trees. These trees often have fruit visible beneath them, and you can interact with a tree to kick it and drop additional Apricots.

Not every tree is guaranteed to yield Apricots, so some may not have any fruit during your current run. However, nearby trees usually will. Take your time searching and gather as many as you can — there’s no rush. You can always extract nearby and load back in if you need more for yourself or want to collect extra for your friends.

Step 3: Boost Your Chances During “Lush Blooms”

If the Lush Blooms world event is active, make sure to take advantage of it. During this event, nature loot becomes more abundant — including fruits like Apricots and Lemons.

Keep an eye out for Nature Baskets, which appear across the map during Lush Blooms. These baskets often contain a mix of fruits and vegetables, including Apricots, Lemons, and other useful upgrade materials.

Step 4: Extract and Secure Your Apricots

Once you’ve gathered enough Apricots, store them in your Safe Pocket (if your augment allows it) to keep them secure in case you get taken out.
Next, open your map to locate the nearest extraction point and extract safely back to Speranza.

What’s Next

With your Apricots secured, you’re halfway to upgrading Scrappy to Level 3. The next step is to collect Lemons, which are primarily found near Blue Gate.
