To Search Cars effectively:

  1. Load into the Blue Gate map
  2. Head to key areas such as the Checkpoint and Outer Gates (leading into the tunnels)
  3. Bring a ton of Adrenaline Shots to keep moving
  4. Open every Car you find for 200 score each (you’ll need 15 to achieve your 3-star reward).

In this guide, we’ll go over the best ways to approach and Search Cars to maximize your score and etch your place in the Speranza hotshots.

Trial Preparation

This trial can be done in all party sizes to an effective level, whether that’s gaining your 3-star rating (which requires 3000 score) or pushing to maximize your points for promotion.

Scoring

The scoring for this Trial only applies to when you Search Cars on any map or condition. Score per Car is 200. Searching 15 Cars is enough to reach the 3,000 score mark for the 3-star rewards.

What you’ll need

For this Trial, the objective requires searching as many Cars as possible within the raids time limit. As a result, you’ll mostly need essentials, a ton of stamina regeneration and maybe a gun to defend yourself with. We recommend bringing:

Can I use a Free Loadout for the Search Cars weekly Trial?

Yes, you can use a Free Loadout to get 3,000 score for your weekly 3-star rewards in this Trial.

Should I use aggression-based matchmaking for friendly lobbies?

Yes, we also highly recommend utilizing this method for friendly lobbies as it yields consistently safe results.

Map

The best map to push for an effective score is Blue Gate. You can do this on the normal map or any conditions you prefer, however, to give yourself the most time, the Locked Gate map condition is perfect for maximum score potential. Check our Event Timers to know when your next chance is!

It is “rumored” that Locked Gate has higher loot-able Car spawns, however, we have not personally confirmed this. That being said, feel free to do whatever feels best for you!

Solo Lobby

For solo play, this is a simple simple trial to get your 3-star rewards from. As seen above in the map image, you can mostly follow a massive car trail, starting all the way from the West side of the map, leading into the Checkpoint. If you have enough time left, you can move through the Outer Gates and into the tunnel. Inside the tunnel layer, there’s a large amount of extra cars to search!

Squad Lobby

In a party, the best approach would be to split up into three key locations. These locations are:

  • Player “A” heads to the Village in the north to collect the cars there that spawn
  • Player “B” follows the same trail as the Solo strategy, with Played “A” rejoining after clearing Village
  • Player “C” heads straight inside to the tunnels

Approaching the trial with this strategy should cover almost the entire map and give enough time to check every car. As a result, you’ll earn maximum score this way.

Player “C” should be finished pretty quickly inside the tunnel compared to Player “B”, so they can assist Player “B” at the Checkpoint.

You’ll be able to tell which cars are able to be interacted with by checking if the hood of the car is present.

A car without a hood on the front cannot be “searched” for this trial. Finally, even if you see a car with the hood attached by open (searched by another player) – do not worry! You’ll still get your 200 score for searching the car regardless of whether you were first or not.
