Skill Ranks unlock thresholds and per-rank effect

• R1 Start Spawns an light orb in the targeted area, creating an area slowing enemies by 50%. The orb explodes after 3s, dealing 108% Faith + 108% Intellect Magic damage to all enemies in the area and applying a Luon Mark.
• R2 20 kills Slow effect is increased to 50% and damage by 25%.
• R3 40 kills If 2 or more enemies are hit, the cooldown is reduced by 10s.
