Super Loud Whistle is a Tank-class buff skill in mo.co, granting 250 HP-over-4.2s healing, on a 8s cooldown.
Use to taunt monsters to attack you AND heal yourself over time. Note: Best when you have a lot of defensive Gear and play a tank.
