You’ll need to use stealth to make your way through. Stick to the shadows and use the environment to your advantage, such as pillars and shelves, to break the line of sight from the patrolling guards. Don’t rush. Take your time to observe the patrol patterns before moving on. The path is relatively linear, so as long as you are careful and patient, you’ll get through without being detected.

The Etchings and Notes

As you make your way through the archives, you’ll come across several notes and etchings on various tables. These are crucial for the final puzzle. There are four notes and four corresponding table etchings. The trick is to match each note to its correct etching. Each note has some text, and the etchings have a symbol and a number. The notes describe the context for the symbol, helping you figure out which number matches which note. You’ll need to keep track of these to solve the final puzzle.

Second Etching & Message to Lady Jessica

A number and ideogram are etched: *Second* and *Mother*. Over the surface of the letter, a dotted message you cannot decipher has been lightly etched. Over the word *Mother* you can count seven little dots.

Third Etching & A Draft from Lady Jessica’s Desk

A number and an ideogram are etched: *Third* and *Dirt*. The letter is unfinished. Over the surface of the letter, a dotted message you cannot decipher has been lightly etched. Over the word *dirt* you can count two little dots.

Fourth Etching & Letter from Lady Margot to Lady Jessica

A number and ideogram are etched. *Fourth* and *Water*. Over the surface of the letter, a dotted message you cannot decipher has been lightly etched. Over the word *Water* you can count three little dots.

The Bene Gesserit Pressure Plate Puzzle Answer
