Spectral Chinchompa Cape

An artistic, if unusual, cape.

A cloak of stitched furs taken from spectral creatures. It is uncertain how one might craft such a thing, and perhaps it would be impossible anywhere other than Fellhollow – where the world of the dead and the world of the living eerily coincide.
