Lesser Antipoison Potion

While the weaker variant of antipoison is sufficient for everyday usage, there are some situations that require a more potent resistance. The toxic mists in Ghornfell, over the swamps, are more powerful than a weaker resistance will protect against. These lesser potions strengthen the immune system and keep the toxic miasma from the drinker’s blood. Imperfect, still, but a much greater chance of survival.

This potion makes it easier to swing a pickaxe. Your muscles are more relaxed and able to handle greater strain, making it easier to strike at the ore, learning the weak points.

Although humans cannot use magic without runes, they can become quite proficient conduits for power. A wizard and a farmer, when possessing the same runes, do not produce the same results, the former far outshines the former.

This made some farmers pretty upset. For years they had ranted to their cows and sheep about how wizards were just snooty uppity types with shiny rocks. Yet, faced with this revelation, there was no denying that a farmer and a wizard simply weren’t equals in disguise.

Lesser Quarrymaster Potion

Mining is a strenuous task. Each swing of that pickaxe makes your muscles ache and your bones quiver. Exhaustion creeps into your soul and takes root, making it take longer and longer to gather that precious ore.

This potion acts as a pick-me-up. An energising drink that makes you a monster of a miner, able to swing your pickaxe as though it barely weighed anything at all.
