Try not to think too hard about the nature of transmutation as you consume this fruit. It's sweet, juicy and the pseudo-necromantic origins only make it a little disturbing. Oh, sure, it tastes nice and it goes surprisingly well in a crumble, but it's a little disturbing when you get that unexpected crunch.
