Rasthin was a powerful sorceress, even among the dragonkin. She had mastered all manner of spells, and was even schooled in the techniques from the previous Revision.
Still, magic as an art was largely looked down upon by dragonkin society. It was considered vulgar, and the obsession of children, and alchemy and science was the real way forward.
