Kuldra's army is such a disparate mix of creeds and motivations that it's a miracle that everyone hasn't ended up killing each other. I mean, some friendly fire certainly happens, but the fear of Kuldra almost always wins in the end. If there is going to be any collateral damage, Kuldra would prefer that it comes from her.

She made an example once, to show her position. A garou thane, fondly known as The Muggathug, had a habit of slaying the black dragons. She would leap into the black dragon nests, lop off a head with her rune greatsword and then boil the head in a kitchen pot. The resulting skull would be painted in garou tribal colours and then nestled on her head. Muggathug liked having a different helmet for every day of the week.

Kuldra felt that The Muggathug was encroaching on her territory. She commanded that The Muggathug attended her, before she bit off The Muggathug's head, boiled it in a mixture of ice and fire, and tasked her smiths with making a ring for her. Muggathug's skull became the centrepiece of a solitaire ring that Kuldra wore on those days where she needed to be a little dressier.
