How to Start the Third Riddle Quest
The third and final riddle quest, “A Traveler Without Foot or Wheel,” begins immediately after you solve the second riddle at the waterfall. Daisy Took, delighted with your help, will present you with the last of Nora’s puzzles, continuing the questline seamlessly.

How to Solve the Third Riddle: The Resting Keel
The key to this riddle is the nautical term “keel,” which is the bottom part of a boat. The phrase “a traveler without foot or wheel” is a poetic description of a boat. Therefore, the riddle is pointing you toward a boat that is no longer in the water. You can find this exact boat beached on the sand just to the west of Old Noakes’ personal fishing jetty. Once you find the rowboat, simply interact with the shimmering blue sparkles next to it to complete the final riddle for Daisy.
