Objectives
Bring Al'tabim the All-Seeing a Primal Hakkari Kossack. You must also have a reputation equal to or greater than Revered with the Zandalar Tribe. Al'tabim the All-Seeing is located on Yojamba Isle, Stranglethorn Vale.
