The Bastion Cell is a rare ARC component dropped by a defeated Bastion. It is primarily used to upgrade the Gear Bench, as a turn-in item for the Settled in Full quest and more recently as one of the barter items with Nomadic Traders for account upgrades. Raiders obtain this item by salvaging it from 
Bastions. Like other components, it can be recycled for valuable resources.
