Bombardiers. It helps Raiders progress by serving as a material for various upgrades and projects. You need it to upgrade the Refiner, which is used for crafting. These cells are also a requirement for the Expedition 3 project and the Trophy Display project, which contribute to your overall progression or Hideout improvements. Bombardier Cells are obtained by defeating Bombardiers, a type of ARC commonly found in Buried City as well as most other maps. This item can also be recycled for valuable resources.
