Greasing Her Palms Quest Guide – ARC Raiders
To complete Greasing Her Palms, you’ll need to visit three specific locations across different maps — the Water Treatment Control Building on Dam Battlegrounds, the Rocket Assembly area on Spaceport, and the Space Travel Building on Buried City. You’ll use the Dam Surveillance Key to unlock a hidden room and complete all objectives for Celeste.

Step 1: Visit the Locked Room on Dam Battlegrounds
Before heading out, make sure your Dam Surveillance Key is safely stored in your Safe Pocket. If you’re eliminated during the mission, you’ll lose it otherwise.
Once ready, enter Dam Battlegrounds and move toward the Water Treatment area. This zone can be busy since other Raiders often farm it for loot or run the same quest. Enter from the south side and head inside the building. Take the right-side exit, and in the corner, you’ll spot a locked door requiring the keycard.
Use your keycard, quickly close the door behind you, and loot the area — there’s plenty of valuable gear inside. Opening this door completes the first objective.
Now you’ve got everything its time to extract safely to secure your loot and continue the quest. Thankfully not far from here is 2 extraction points, so watch out for any enemies and get yourself safetly back to Speranza.

Step 2: Explore the Barricaded Room on Buried City
Next, head to Buried City and locate the Space Travel Building. You won’t need the keycard for this step, but bringing a basic loadout is still recommended.
The best way to access the building is from the East rooftop, where you can use a zipline to enter.
Watch for Fireballs and Turrets guarding the area. Go down the staircases while checking the floor numbers on the walls. On Floor 6.
You’ll see a barricaded door — interact with it to break through. Entering this area completes the second objective. Take your time to explore and loot any goodies inside.
Once you are ready, look for the closest extraction point and get out of there! Its time for the final part of the quest.

Step 3: Investigate Rocket Thrusters on Spaceport
Finally, enter the Spaceport. While a loadout isn’t required, it’s still a good idea to bring one for protection.
Move toward the central area between Control Tower A6, Container Storage, and the Rocket Assembly buildings.
You’ll find several rocket parts scattered around, but the one you’re after is the southernmost thruster. Walk up to it and you will notice it will automatically complete the Spaceport objective.

Return to Speranza and Complete the Quest
Once you’ve finished all three objectives, locate the nearest extraction point and safely leave the map. After returning to Speranza, speak to Celeste to hand in the quest. She’ll confirm the successful completion of your reconnaissance and reward you for your efforts.
