To Open containers in the Hospital effectively:
- Load into the Buried City map
- Head to the Hospital POI as seen on the map
- Search and open every interactable container you find on each floor and the roof
- Opening containers gives 200 score. Opening 15 containers gives you the 3-star rewards
- Extract when you’re ready
In this guide, we’ll go over the best ways to open Containers in the Hospital.

Trial Preparation
This trial can be done in all party sizes to an effective level, whether that’s gaining your 3-star rating (which requires 3000 score) or pushing to maximize your points for promotion.
Scoring
The scoring for this Trial only comes from opening containers in the Hospital on the Buried City map. Each container nets 200 score for you and/or your party. You’ll need to open 15 containers for the 3,000 score and get your 3-star rewards.
What you’ll need
For this Trial, the objective requires searching as many containers in the Hospital as possible within the raids time limit. As a result, you’ll mostly need essentials, a weapon for killing small ARC and some good movement utility. We recommend bringing:
- Anvil IV to deal with ARC (and some Heavy Ammo)
Survivor MK.3 Augment (however, you can realistically use any for this Trial)- Light Shield or
Medium Shield - 10
Shield Rechargers - 5
Bandages - 5+
Adrenaline Shots - a
Zipline or two
Can I use a Free Loadout for the “Open Containers in the Hospital” weekly Trial?
Yes, you can use a Free Loadout to get 3,000 score for your weekly 3-star rewards in this Trial. You’ll only need to open 15 containers which can be easily done without a loadout.
Map
The only map you can attempt this Trial on is Buried City. You have to enter the Hospital marked on the map and only loot within that building. Check our Event Timers incase you want to pick a specific condition that you prefer!
The BEST way to maximize score
For this Trial, there is no need for any major strategy, as the trial allows you to loot any container in the Hospital on Buried City. It is important to remember that you can search and open an already looted container by another Raider.
The building itself is pretty small and easy to navigate, you can start from the ground floor.
The ground floor has very little containers to loot, but every little helps. The main focus should be in the middle two floors above the ground floor.
Each room on the middle floors has a ton of searchable loot containers, like drawers, computers and more. In particular, there is a line of up to 6 potential drawers that spawn right next to each other. This line of drawers alone nets up to 1,200 score!
Another easily missed container is the radiator covers dotted around the floors. You can breach them and gain another 200 score each time.
On the top floor, there is a room with many potential locker spawns. As a result, this can be another score-dense area to quickly stack up some progress.
Finally, while the Trial wants you to open containers inside the Hospital, you can also loot the rooftops. There is only a couple of extra containers potentially spawning on the roof, but it’s easy enough to find. You can utilize something like a Zipline to reach the roof, and enter into the little “secret” room.
Outside the room, you can find a suitcase, while inside there is a potential weapon container spawn. After you’ve cleared each room and the roof, it’s time to get out! On average, you can expect to get around 10,000 score. This Trial can be done solo or with a party. Neither are required, however.
Locked Rooms
Up on the top floor of the Hospital, there is a single locked room. Here, if you’ll bring the
Buried City Hospital Key and open the room up, several more container opportunities appear for you. As a result, we recommend bringing this key along with you for the trial to maximize score. Although, maybe a friendly Raider has already opened it for you!
