Open Containers on Pendola Pass: How to get the BEST Score in ARC Raiders Trials

To Open Containers on Pendola Pass effectively:

1. Load into the Pendola Pass map
2. The entire map is viable for score
3. Bring additional keys with you just incase to open more areas for containers
4. Search and open every interactable container you find
5. Opening containers gives 75 score. Opening 40 containers gives you the 3-star rewards
6. There is over 2700 potential container spawns on Pendola Pass, it is almost impossible to fail this Trial
7. Extract when you’re ready

In this guide, we’ll go over the best ways to open Containers on Pendola Pass.

Trial Preparation

This trial can be done in all party sizes to an effective level, whether that’s gaining your 3-star rating (which requires 3000 score) or pushing to maximize your points for promotion.

What you’ll need

For this Trial, the objective requires searching as many containers within the Pendola Pass map as possible within the raid’s time limit. As a result, you’ll mostly need essentials, a weapon for killing small ARC, and some good movement utility. We recommend bringing:

• A weapon such as the Anvil IV to deal with ARC (and some Heavy Ammo or whichever ammo is for your weapon of choice)
• Survivor MK.3 Augment (however, you can realistically use any for this Trial)
• Light Shield or Medium Shield
• 10 Shield Rechargers
• 5 Bandages
• 15+ Adrenaline Shots
• a Zipline or two, a Grappling Hook or a Snap Hook for easier traversal

Make sure to bring at least 15 Adrenaline Shots to the Trial. Pendola Pass is a very large map which requires a ton of running around.

Which map is best for this trial?

This Trial is specifically for the Pendola Pass map. You can do this on the normal map or any conditions you prefer. Check our Event Timers to know when your next chance is!

How to get the best score for this trial

As your time in a trial is limited based on the raid timer, to get the best score, attempt the following:

1. Start by picking a POI with a large amount of containers in a dense area, for example, “Old Town”
2. In most areas of the map, you can start low and move up higher in each building or POI in general to cover all areas
3. Check every cupboard and kitchen area of houses, you can potentially find multiple containers here
4. Check for key rooms or bring your own keys, they could be open already which would save you the key you brought. Either way, it’ll give you access to more containers
5. Once you’ve opened enough containers to hit the 3-star reward or pushed as far as you can, extract and enjoy the rewards
6. There is so many containers on the entire map that almost anywhere you choose to go will get the job done

There is several types of containers you can expect to find, such as:

• Cupboards
• Fridges
• Security Breaches (random, however)
• Drawers
• Suitcases
• Desk Drawers
• Weapon Crates
• Raider Bags
• Trashcans
• Cars
• Locker
• ARC Husks
• And more

There is plenty of areas to farm on the map for score, Old Town is pretty close together and dense, with buildings right next to each other with multiple floors.

The following Keys can be brought in (or maybe another Raider will open them) to obtain more score:

• Pendola Pass Train Station Key
• Pendola Pass Railyard Key
• Pendola Pass Old Town Key
• Pendola Pass Observatory Key

Each of the keys helps to unlock areas that container more containers for you to search.

Can I use a Free Loadout for the Open Containers on Pendola Pass Weekly Trial?

Yes! We highly recommend you to make use of the Free Loadout option when attempting this Trial. Especially if you’re low on gear and cash in your stash, or simply do not want to lose anything. You can easily complete the 3-star reward within one POI so even without Adrenaline Shots, you’ll be okay.
