Store Update 2.4.0 Adds the Dead Eye Set and Fixes a Raider Tool Skin Bug

What changed

Store Update 2.4.0 went live on November 3, and it doesn't need a restart. It's a light update, coming just after the game's first anniversary on October 30:

• New in the store: the Dead Eye Set cosmetic set.

• Fix: the Raider Tool no longer shows as the default when a different skin is equipped.
