Open Containers in Old Town on Pendola Pass: How to get the BEST score in ARC Raiders Trials
To Open Containers in Old Town on Pendola Pass effectively:
- Load into the Pendola Pass map
- Only the “Old Town” POI is eligible for score
- Search and open every interactable container you find
- Opening containers gives 200 score each. Opening 15 containers gives you the 3-star rewards
- Make sure to check buildings with multiple floors for easy and maximum score gain
- Extract when you’re ready

Trial Preparation
This trial can be done in all party sizes to an effective level, whether that’s gaining your 3-star rating (which requires 3000 score) or pushing to maximize your points for promotion.
What you’ll need
For this Trial, the objective requires searching as many containers within the Old Town on the Pendola Pass map as possible within the raid’s time limit. As a result, you’ll mostly need essentials, a weapon for killing small ARC, and some good movement utility. We recommend bringing:
- A weapon such as the Anvil IV to deal with ARC (and some Heavy Ammo or whichever ammo is for your weapon of choice)
Survivor MK.3 Augment (however, you can realistically use any for this Trial)- Light Shield or
Medium Shield - 10
Shield Rechargers - 5
Bandages - 15+
Adrenaline Shots - a
Zipline or two, a 
Grappling Hook or a 
Snap Hook for easier traversal
Make sure to bring at least 15 Adrenaline Shots to the Trial. Pendola Pass is a very large map which requires a ton of running around to get to the POI.

This Trial is specifically for the Pendola Pass map. You can do this on the normal map or any conditions you prefer. Check our Event Timers to know when your next chance is!
How to get the best score for this trial
As your time in a trial is limited based on the raid timer, to get the best score, attempt the following:
- Head over to the Old Town POI as soon as you load in
- When you reach the location, start by heading to one of the multi-story southern buildings
- This particular building can easily provide you around 2,000 score depending on spawns
- Some buildings do not have an entrance at the ground floor, as a result, keep an eye out for open windows or balconies on any elevation
- The cafeteria is also a multi-story building that can have some potential for score
- There is so many buildings to check out and ARC Husks between the buildings that you’ll easily reach the score for the 3-star reward
There is several types of containers you can expect to find, such as:
- Cupboards
- Drawers
- Food boxes
- Delivery boxes
- Weapon Crates
- Raider Bags
- Trashcans
- Locker
- ARC Husks
- And more
This one particular building shown in the screenshot above has a great amount of score potential. You can expect to earn at least 1,000 score here, upwards of 2,000 score.
You can sometimes find as much as 5 containers in one small space within the building!
Remember to grab any container that is outside of the buildings within the Old Town POI too, such as ARC Husks, trash bins etc.
Can I use a Free Loadout for the Open Containers in Old Town on Pendola Pass Weekly Trial?
Yes! We highly recommend you to make use of the Free Loadout option when attempting this Trial. Especially if you’re low on gear and cash in your stash, or simply do not want to lose anything. You can easily complete the 3-star reward within one POI so even without Adrenaline Shots, you’ll be okay.
