SURGEON Raider Deck in ARC Raiders – New Free Battle Pass

The Surgeon Raider Deck is the third free Raider Deck in ARC Raiders, arriving alongside the Shrouded Sky update on February 24, 2026. That’s three free battle passes in a row now — Embark keeps delivering. This time around the theme is medical, giving you a full surgeon-inspired cosmetic set with multiple color variants, new headgear options, a medical backpack, and the long-awaited addition of Beards. The deck is permanently available with no time limit, so there’s no rush to grind it out. Here’s everything inside the Surgeon Deck and how to make the most of it.

What’s Inside the Surgeon Raider Deck

The Surgeon Raider Deck unlocks rewards using Cred, which you earn topside by completing Feats. As you progress through the three pages of the deck, you’ll unlock the full Surgeon cosmetic set piece by piece, along with consumables, currency, and some useful gear. Here’s a breakdown of the highlights:

• The Surgeon Outfit (3 Color Variants): The base white outfit unlocks first and gives you a clean, pristine look straight out of the operating room. As you progress deeper into the deck you’ll unlock a green variant — which looks sterile and menacing at the same time — and a red/brown leather variant that goes full dark-side surgeon. Each variant changes the gloves, sleeves, and mask colors too.
• Harness and Apron: A separate layer you can toggle that adds bulk to the outfit, complete with blood splats and straps. With or without the harness changes the silhouette pretty drastically — without it you get a more agile, sleek look.
• Headgear Options: You get a hat (with or without ear flaps), a mask in different finishes (white plastic, sleek dark, matte gray), and a calibration device that sits on the forehead. The mask is really what sells the look — without it, the hat on its own feels incomplete, but throw the mask on and it completely transforms the vibe. The green variant with the mask on gives off some serious Star Wars energy.
• Medical Backpack: An ambulance/emergency-style backpack that looks great with the Surgeon set but also works well mixed with other outfits. If you’re rocking the red Ryder skin from The Finals crossover event, this bag pairs perfectly with it.
• Backpack Attachment and Charm: A small medical bag attachment and a surgical saw charm for your backpack.
• Scrappy Cosmetic: Your little buddy gets a surgeon hat too. It costs 90 Cred inside the deck, which is a bit pricey, but you’re earning Cred for free so why not.
• New Face: A new face option unlocks in the deck. Nothing groundbreaking on its own, but compared to some of the existing default faces, it’s a solid addition — especially when paired with the new facial hair options.
• Useful Items: The deck also contains Smoke Grenades, Sterilized Bandages, Hatch Keys, a Tactical MK3 Revival blueprint, Raider Tokens, and a good chunk of coins spread across all three pages.

Facial Hair Is Finally Here

One of the most requested features in ARC Raiders is finally live — facial hair. The Shrouded Sky update adds a brand-new Facial Hair category to your cosmetic options, and here’s how the different styles break down:

• Light Stubble: Available to all players immediately after the update — no unlocking required. Comes in multiple colors.
• Full Beard: Unlocked through the Surgeon Raider Deck (page 3). This is a lush, full beard with color options including black, blond, brown, gray, and ginger.
• Stubble Beard: Available for purchase in the store for 500 coins. A mid-length stubble with the same color options.

Any face and any body type can use any facial hair option. There are no restrictions, so bearded ladies are absolutely confirmed. Every color variant is available for every style, so you’ve got plenty of room to customize.

How to Unlock the Surgeon Raider Deck Quickly

The Surgeon Raider Deck runs on Cred, which you earn by completing Feats. Feats are small daily objectives like “return safely from Buried City” or “defeat 5 ARCs on Blue Gate.” Each completed Feat gives you 10 Cred, plus you get bonus Cred for hitting milestones: 10 bonus for completing 1 Feat, 30 bonus for completing 3, and if you grind out 5 Feats in a day you’ll get a 40 Cred bonus on top of the base rewards.

New with this update, you can now reroll Feats up to 3 times per day. If a Feat is asking you to go to a map you don’t want to run, just hit the reroll button and you’ll get a different one. This makes it much easier to stack Feats on maps you’re already planning to farm, so you can knock out several at once.

Tip: Save Your Item Claims for After the Expedition Reset

The second Expedition window opens on February 25 and closes on March 1, and with it comes a full progress reset. If you’re planning to push for the 3 million coin stash value, here’s the play: unlock the cosmetic rewards in the Surgeon Deck now (since those don’t reset), but hold off on claiming the consumable items like grenades, bandages and defibrillators. Claim those right after the Expedition reset and you’ll have a nice headstart after the wipe! A full list of redeemable rewards are in the table below:
