Where to Find Geiger Counters in ARC Raiders
To find Geiger Counters in ARC Raiders, you must deploy to the Stella Montis map, as this high-tier utility item is Stella Montis exclusive. Geiger Counters primarily spawn within Exodus areas, appearing most frequently in specific medical-style containers and industrial trolleys. While they are most abundant in designated Exodus zones, they do have a chance to appear in any medical drawer or white pull-out rack across the Stella Montis map.
Why You Need a Geiger Counters in ARC Raiders
Geiger Counters are part of Stage 5: Imposing Behemoths in the Trophy Display Project. Completing this stage requires several high-value items and rewards you with valuable upgrades along the way.

Best Location: Stella Montis Assembly Workshops
The Assembly area, specifically Assembly Workshops, is one of the most reliable spots for Geiger Counters due to it being an Exodus loot area and having medical containers scattered around the floor as well as in the server rooms. When looting this area, you should ignore standard industrial yellow carts and focus on two specific container types:
- Medical Carts: Look for the white medical pull-out shelves positioned around the base of the massive rocket units. These often contain high-value Exodus components.
- Server Room Drawers: Head into the enclosed server rooms lining the perimeter. Specifically, target the small blue-door medical drawers found scattered around the small Server Rooms.
Alternative Location: Stella Montis Medical Research
If you spawned next to Medical Research – it is another great spot to check for Geiger Counters. While not specifically an Exodus loot area, the density of compatible containers here is higher than anywhere else in the map. To maximize your efficiency, look for these specific boxes:
- White Tall Racks: These are the tall units with square plastic pull-out drawers. They are the “gold standard” for Geiger Counter spawns.
- Medical Desk Bins: These large pull-out desk bins can often spawn Geiger Counters. Check every corner of Medical Research area for these medical desks and some of them will have interactable bins for you to look through.
Honorable Mention: Business Center (Exodus Loot area)
The Business Center is another major Exodus area, but looting here requires a different strategy. While this zone is filled with blue suitcases and trash bins, these have a very low probability of spawning Exodus loot. Instead of opening every suitcase, scan the halls for Industrial Trolleys (rolling carts) that have loose loot sitting on top of them. While these trolleys are famous for spawning Magnets, they are also high-tier spawn points for Exodus-specific loot. Often you will find Exodus Modules and Magnetic Accelerators sitting on top of these carts, but there is also a chance for Geiger Counter to spawn, as Business Center is an Exodus loot area after all.
Extra Tips for hunting Geiger Counters is ARC Raiders
1. Prioritize Night Raids: Like many other specialized tech items, the drop rate for Geiger Counters sees a slight bump during Night Raids, since its an Epic-rarity item. If you are struggling to find one during the day, wait for the map state to shift.
2. Safe Pockets: Geiger Counters are essential for the new “Trophy Display” Project. Always ensure you have a Safe Pocket available so that even if you are intercepted by other Raiders near the extraction point, you don’t lose the item.
