Where to Find Laboratory Reagents in ARC Raiders
Laboratory Reagents are rare medical materials used to upgrade your Explosives Station from Level 2 to Level 3. They can be found in Medical Zones across all maps, with the best farming spots being the Testing Annex in Dam Battlegrounds and the Pharmacy in Plaza Rosa (Buried City).
Why You Need Laboratory Reagents
You’ll need 3 × Laboratory Reagents to upgrade your Explosives Station from level 2 to 3.
These items are found exclusively in Medical Zones — often inside cabinets, shelves, and medical crates. They’re highly contested since most players rush to the Hospital in Buried City for them, but that location is often looted early or filled with other Raiders.
Instead, here are two reliable farming spots that have consistently produced results.
Step 1: Visit the Testing Annex in Dam Battlegrounds
The Testing Annex in the Dam Battlegrounds map is an excellent alternative to the Hospital.
Enter the Testing Annex and check every room — particularly the back storage area, which has multiple medical supply crates and shelves. It can still attract other players, but it’s far less crowded than the Hospital zone.

These items are essential for upgrading your Medical Station, so it’s a great opportunity to stock up.
Step 2: Loot the Pharmacy in Plaza Rosa (Buried City)
The best overall location for farming Laboratory Reagents is the Pharmacy in Plaza Rosa on the Buried City map.
You’ll need to breach the front door to enter — which is actually helpful since it indicates if the building’s been looted. Once inside, close the door behind you to stay safe and start searching all shelves on the ground floor.
Continue to the upper floor to check every shelf and cabinet. In most cases, this building has plenty of untouched medical loot.
What makes this spot especially good is its convenient extraction zipline located just outside. This allows you to do quick repeated runs safely without needing a weapon, making it ideal for solo players.
Step 3: Extract and Repeat
Once you’ve gathered your Laboratory Reagents, use the nearby extraction zipline to secure them safely. You’ll usually get all three needed reagents within a few runs, along with valuable medical components for future upgrades.
