Easiest Way to Get Rocketeer Driver in ARC Raiders
The Rocketeer Driver is required to upgrade your Explosives Station from level 2 to level 3 in ARC Raiders. You’ll need a total of three Rocketeer Drivers, and the easiest way to collect them is during the Husk Graveyard event, where you can safely loot Rocketeer Husks instead of fighting the real enemies.
Why You Need Rocketeer Drivers
Rocketeer Drivers are vital for upgrading your Explosives Station, unlocking stronger explosive weapons and recipes. You’ll need three to progress from level 2 to 3.
Taking down actual Rocketeers can be difficult due to their high damage and limited spawns across maps — particularly for solo players. Thankfully, the Husk Graveyard event makes obtaining them much easier and safer.
Step 1: Wait for the Husk Graveyard Event
The Husk Graveyard event is the best opportunity to find Rocketeer Drivers without combat. During the event, destroyed ARC units called Husks appear around the map that can be breached for valuable components.
You can track when the event is live using our ARC Raiders Event Timers. It typically appears on Dam Battlegrounds, Spaceport, and Blue Gate. However, we recommend Dam Battlegrounds and Spaceport as they offer the easiest routes for collecting Rocketeer Drivers.
This method also works for farming other driver types such as the Wasp Driver and Hornet Driver — so it’s a great multipurpose farming opportunity.
Step 2: Locate Rocketeer Husks on the Map
Once the event is live, enter the Dam Battlegrounds or Spaceport map and begin your route. You’ll find scattered Rocketeer Husks — large, broken-down ARC machines on the ground.
Dam Battlegrounds – Head to the Swamp area and you will see the Old Battleground. This has plenty of Arc Rocketeer Husks to salvage and other husks which is a bonus.
My personal favourite is the in Spaceport on the south side of the map. I ran this a total of 3 times and got myself and a friend all our Rocketeer Drivers for us.
Approach one and interact to breach the top of the Husk. During the event, breaching can cause a brief electric shock that stuns you for a few seconds but deals no damage, so you can continue safely.
Keep following the route until you’ve searched several Husks. If you’re unsure where to go, use our Interactive ARC Raiders map to find optimal Husk spawn areas.
Step 3: Loot and Secure the Rocketeer Drivers
Once breached, search the Husk’s storage to find valuable components, including the Rocketeer Driver. The drop isn’t guaranteed, so you may need to open multiple Husks.
After looting a driver, immediately place it in your Safe Pocket. This ensures you won’t lose it even if you die to ARCs or other Raiders during the run.
When you’ve cleared nearby Husks or found no more in your area, safely extract and restart another run. With some persistence, you should obtain all three Rocketeer Drivers within two event runs — plus extra ARC parts and XP.
Step 4: Upgrade Your Explosives Station
Once you’ve collected all three Rocketeer Drivers, head back to Speranza and use them to upgrade your Explosives Station to level 3. This unlocks new crafting options for advanced explosives, helping you take on higher-tier threats with ease.
