Damage Flying ARC using Fireworks: How to get the BEST score in ARC Raiders Trials

To damage Flying ARC using Fireworks effectively:

1. Load into any map that has plenty of space and open-air for medium-sized Flying ARC – we recommend Spaceport
2. Find a medium-sized ARC such as a Hornet or a Firefly and shoot off two of its rotors so it falls onto the floor safely (sometimes they can explode on impact if too high up)
3. Position yourself in a spot where you’re around 10m~ from the ARC of your choice
4. Place down a Barricade Kit facing towards the ARC and place a Fireworks box on the Barricade kit also facing the ARC
5. Activate the Fireworks Box and watch it shoot towards the grounded flying ARC
6. Repeat this until the ARC is destroyed or you’re out of Fireworks Boxes
7. Once you’re done, extract and enjoy your rewards

In this guide, we’ll go over the best ways to approach and damage Flying ARC using Fireworks to maximize your score and etch your place in the Speranza hotshots.

Trial Preparation

This trial can be done in all party sizes to an effective level, whether that’s gaining your 3-star rating (which requires 3000 score) or pushing to maximize your points for promotion.

What you’ll need

For this Trial, the objective requires dealing as much damage to flying ARC using Fireworks as possible within the raid’s time limit. As a result, you’ll mostly need basic medical consumables, a gun to defend yourself with and plenty of Fireworks Boxes.

We recommend bringing:

• A precise gun such as the Renegade IV or Anvil IV and their respective ammo types
• Survivor MK.3 Augment
• Medium Shield (recommended to survive accidents)
• 5 Shield Rechargers
• 5-10 Bandages
• Adrenaline Shots
• As many Fireworks Boxes as you can fit in your remaining inventory space
• At least a stack of Barricade Kits (you can pick up an existing Barricade and move it)

You can easily acquire Fireworks Boxes through vendors such as Shani (3 per day) or Ermal (up to 5 based on trade value). Alternatively you can craft them too if you have the Blueprint.

Which map is best for this trial?

We highly recommend Spaceport for this weekly trial. Spaceport as a map has plenty of large open spaces and most importantly, open air to find medium-sized flying ARC. Any condition works, however, check our Event Timers to know when your preferred event condition may start.

How to get the best score for this trial

The scoring for this Trial only comes from dealing damage with Fireworks to flying ARC. This is an awkward but not too difficult task to navigate. Most importantly, getting used to quickly taking out 2 rotors from the flying ARC sets you up for the rest. To start earning score, you’ll want to:

1. Head towards the center of the map, around the base of the Launch Towers
2. Look for a Hornet or a Firefly in the air, and aggro one towards you
3. As it gets close enough, take out two of the rotors (preferably on the same side to make the fall less violent) of the ARC and wait until they fall onto the ground
4. Once grounded, move around 10-12m~ away from the ARC and place a Barricade facing it down
5. Attach a Fireworks Box to the side of the Barricade that faces the ARC, just a bit lower than the middle of the Barricade
6. Activate the Fireworks Box and watch the score come in
7. You’ll earn around 30~ score per 1 damage dealt to the ARC, each Fireworks Box can earn up to 1200~ score
8. If the ARC explodes early, you’ll have to aggro a new one and repeat the same steps
9. When you’re out of Fireworks, head to the extract and enjoy the rewards

Utilizing this method gives you the best odds at dealing the most damage and consistently hitting the ARC with Fireworks for score. It may sound tricky, however, as long as you can shoot out the 2 rotors, the rest is easy.

Can I use a Free Loadout for the Damage flying ARC using Fireworks Weekly Trial?

No, you cannot realistically complete this trial with a Free Loadout. You’ll need a ton of set-up with Fireworks Boxes and Barricade Kits, as a result it is not recommended to attempt the trial without preparation.
