850The Jolt Mine is a throwable device that helps you control ARC movement. It activates when an ARC gets close, stunning ARCs for 7 seconds and other Raiders for 4 seconds within a 5-meter area after a short delay.
You can craft it at an Explosives Station once you have learned the 
Jolt Mine Blueprint. It can also be purchased from Apollo for 2,550 coins, with a limit of 3 per day.
