The Photoelectric Cloak is a gadget that lets you temporarily hide from ARCs. When you use it, ARCs will lose sight of you, even if you were already fighting them. While cloaked, you can only move slowly. The cloak uses energy, which is shown by a meter on your screen. This energy slowly refills once the cloak is no longer active, even if you put it away. Using the cloak consumes a small amount of energy immediately, so it is often better to use it for longer periods rather than short bursts.
You can craft this item at a Utility Station. It can also be obtained as a reward from specific projects, such as the Trophy Display (Stage 2) or Raider Deck AR/RD 002: Goalie (Page 4). Additionally, it can be recycled to recover materials.
