500A Syringe is a sterile item used to craft medical supplies and is also required for the Doctor's Orders quest.
Raiders can find Syringes in containers such as bags and medical crates across Buried City, Dam Battlegrounds, Blue Gate, and Stella Montis. The trader Celeste also sells them in Dam Battlegrounds for coins. Alternatively, you can obtain a Syringe by recycling salvage.
When no longer needed, a Syringe can be recycled into crafting materials.
