Cheap to make, you don't even need an augment if you only care about the reactor. Shoot off one of the leg armors, run there, take the Queen Reactor out, put it in your Safe Pocket and run to the extraction.

A loadout to kill the queen solo. Replace light ammo with launcher ammo. Place raider hatch key in augment slot. Barricade kits and door blockers are optional but recommended to prevent raiders third partying you. Herbal bandages and shield rechargers can be replaced with sterilized bandages(or normal bandages), and surge shield rechargers.
