To Open Containers within the Spaceport walls effectively:

  1. Load into the Spaceport map
  2. The entire section within the large perimeter walls counts for this trial
  3. Bring additional keys with you just incase to open more areas for containers
  4. Search and open every interactable container you find within the walls (we’ll see you where the boundaries). Even some of the containers inside the walls guard towers count!
  5. Opening containers gives 100 score. Opening 30 containers gives you the 3-star rewards
  6. Extract when you’re ready

In this guide, we’ll go over the best ways to open Containers within the Spaceport walls.

Trial Preparation

This trial can be done in all party sizes to an effective level, whether that’s gaining your 3-star rating (which requires 3000 score) or pushing to maximize your points for promotion.

What you’ll need

For this Trial, the objective requires searching as many containers within the Spaceport walls as possible within the raid’s time limit. As a result, you’ll mostly need essentials, a weapon for killing small ARC, and some good movement utility. We recommend bringing:

Which map is best for this trial?

This Trial is specifically for the Spaceport map. You can do this on the normal map or any conditions you prefer. Check our Event Timers to know when your next chance is!

The red lines above indicate the area you’ll need to search containers within. The area that counts for the trial is absolutely massive, as a result, there’s plenty of options to head toward and greatly dense POIs to check out. Do not miss the guard towers on the large walls as a couple of the containers closest to the inside of the perimeter count for the trial!

How to get the best score for this trial

As your time in a trial is limited based on the raid timer, to get the best score, attempt the following:

  1. Head to the most container-dense POIs within the walls, for Spaceport, that is the Departure Building and the Arrival Building
  2. Planning around the two POIs, you can open any containers that’s between and around, even containers opened by other Raiders before you
  3. You can utilize the tunnel system if you’ve started at the Arrival Building to open extra containers while moving towards the Departure Building
  4. Once these two POIs are cleared, you can start to fill in the gaps by heading to areas such as the Launch Towers, Container Storage etc
  5. Check for key rooms or bring your own keys, they could be open already which would save you the key you brought. Either way, it’ll give you access to more containers for score!
  6. Once you’ve opened as much as you can within the time of the raid, head to the extract and claim your rewards

The Departure Building alone can get you your 3-star rewards, making it the fastest way to get 3,000 score and getting out if that’s all you want. However, to push for higher scores and promotions on the Leaderboard, checking out the Arrival Building and other POIs is a must.

There is a ton of different containers inside the Departure Building to look out for, such as:

  • Suitcases
  • Computers
  • Lockers
  • Desk Drawers
  • Cabinets
  • Breachable containers

You have a few floors full with containers to scout through. If you want to be quick, we suggest coming in with the idea of not actually looting the containers, rather, just quick searching them and cancelling it to move on instead.

Using the Tunnel system with the Spaceport walls is a helpful way not only to rotate, but to also open more containers.

Which Spaceport Key rooms count for this Trial?

Due to the perimeter of the Spaceport walls being massive, every key is going to provide you with more score for the trial. We recommend bringing or at least checking:

  1. Spaceport Container Storage Key
  2. Spaceport Control Tower Key
  3. Spaceport Warehouse Key
  4. Spaceport Trench Tower Key

Each of these key rooms count for the trial, and provide a varying amount of potential containers to open for score.

Sometimes, due to multiple Raiders attempting the Trials, you may find these rooms already open. Bringing your own key, however, guarantees you more score.

Open Containers within the Spaceport walls key room 2

Head to these locations on the map if you have the keys yourself. If you do not have any keys, only check the key rooms if they happen to be on the way through to your next location.

Can I use a Free Loadout for the Open Containers within the Spaceport walls Weekly Trial?

Yes! We highly recommend you to make use of the Free Loadout option when attempting this Trial. Especially if you’re low on gear and cash in your stash, or simply do not want to lose anything. However, the only downside is a lack of Adrenaline Shots to move faster through the map. As a result, you may get less maximum score.
