How to Unlock Blizzard II

In order to unlock the Blizzard II, you must rescue Balthazar and obtain Enshrouded Oil.

Where to Get Blizzard II

Blizzard II has a chance to be found in Locked Chest, Wooden Chest, Silver Chest, Sarcophagus and Golden Chest. It can also be crafted by the Alchemist.
