In order to unlock the Fell Confusion Pheromones, you must rescue Balthazar and obtain Critter Glands.

Where to Get Fell Confusion Pheromones

Fell Confusion Pheromones have a chance to be found in Sarcophagus, Wooden Chest, Silver Chest, Golden Chest and Locked Chest. They can also be crafted by the Alchemist.

  • Sarcophagus up to 2.6% per roll
  • Wooden Chest up to 2.6% per roll
  • Silver Chest up to 2.4% per roll
  • Golden Chest up to 2.4% per roll
  • Locked Chest up to 2.3% per roll
