Scholar's Wand Description

Scholars of the North once researched the use of pyromagic against particularly harsh yearfall. It took countless explosive experiments to discover the same benefit most people might achieve with a bonfire. Downsides, such as third-degree burns, were common, so research was quickly stopped. Overcharge: This wand holds a chance to amplify its damage output. Attacks deal bonus damage up to the overcharge percentage.
