The Binoculars are a gadget that lets you look at distant areas with two levels of zoom. They are helpful for scouting ahead or taking pictures. You can find these by scavenging them in the game world, or craft them at a Utility Station. They are also sold by Shani for 20 coins. Additionally, you can receive three of them from the "SCOUT PACK" found on Page 1 of the Raider Deck AR/RD 001: Ryder & Voyager.
