Where to Find the Ice Sickles in Grounded 2

There is many hidden weapons and items scattered throughout the Park we live our shrunk-down lives in. Today, we’ll be taking a look at where to find the Ice Sickles in Grounded 2.

The Ice Sickles are Tier 3 dual-wielded Sickles that deal Slashing damage and Fresh damage. They also carry the passive “Chilling Attack” which applies chill and freeze to enemies.

Ice Sickles in Grounded 2 Location

The location of the Ice Sickles is unsurprisingly within the Ice Cream Cart! You can find the Cart in the southeast section of the map.

For a more detailed look inside the Ice Cream Cart – check out our Ice Cream Cart Optical Disk guide, which covers more of the area. It’s important to note that the Ice Cream Cart deals Chill and Freeze to you over time. As a result, make sure to bring the following:

• Fuzzy Hat
• Fuzzy Parka
• Fuzzy Mukluks
• Plenty of bandages/healing options

The freeze damage itself isn’t significant, therefore bringing healing options counteracts it completely.

Deep inside the Cart, you’ll eventually come across two objects stuck in ice (much like an Excalibur-type situation). These are the Ice Sickles! However, to obtain them, you’ll have to pull on them – triggering the next step.

Defending the Ice Sickles

Pulling on the Ice Sickles triggers a wave-defense styled encounter. Waves of Northern Scorpions spawn (both big and small) throughout the encounter. There’s a high chance you’ll also unlock the Mutation “Mithridatism” which provides you protection against Venom.

The Ice Sickles show both a duration timer and health bar. As a result, we must protect the Ice Sickles from harm until the purple bar is full. Once the bar fills, congratulations – you’ve obtained the Ice Sickles and defeated the encounter.
