An Official Proposal

I, Employee 362 of the Candy Processing Facility, would like to submit for review this official proposal for the maintenance and cleanup of environmental hazards originating in our installations.

We have all seen the reports about sour flavors popping up in random places in the garden. This is undeniably due to our carelessness. We must address this issue at once or face environmental degradation across the garden.

I propose using fauna resistant to the effects of sour (namely ladybugs, a sturdy peaceful insect). By simply mounting a water cannon on the back of one, we could dilute pools of concentrated sour, rendering them entirely or mostly harmless.

I believe research efforts are ongoing in other parts of the park to domesticate insects. As soon as they figure out how to tame them, we will be ready with equipment to turn them into a veritable sour fighting brigade.

This will be my first and final proposal for the cleanup efforts.
