Patch 0.6.0.5 Fixes Splinter Cannon, Buggy and Save Bugs After Rot and Ruin

What Changed and Why It Matters
Patch 0.6.0.5 went live on November 4. It's a small bug-fix update, but it targets some annoying problems: the Splinter Cannon's charged shot, buggies vanishing for co-op clients, and saves interrupting PTS teleports. It also squashes a few crashes and an Xbox hang. It follows Patch 0.6.0.4 on October 28 and the big Rot and Ruin update (0.6.0) on October 20.
