StarRupture

The Turbine blueprint is located behind a triple-locked door in a high-security facility at the far Northeast corner of the map.

With StarRupture entering Early Access today, players are finding that power generation becomes a priority very quickly. The Turbine is essential for scaling your energy grid, but getting the blueprint is a significant undertaking involving a four-part keycard hunt.

Preparation: The Long Trek

Since base locations vary, use your starting ship as your landmark and head Far Northeast. This is a long run to the very top of the map. There is only 1 location for this blueprint as shown by our Interactive Map.

I strongly suggest building a small habitat just outside the facility area. This is a large zone to cover, and between the constant alien spawns and the risk of a firestorm, you’ll want a local respawn point and a place to recover your oxygen and shields.

Step 1: The Red Leaf Override Card

Most doors in this facility are locked. You need the master “Redleaf Override Access” keycard first to access the buildings containing the other keycards.

Redleaf Keycard
  1. Jump down into the facility and head through the gap to the right.
  2. The Choke Point: There are a lot of aliens here. Don’t let them surround you; draw them into the narrow gap (choke point) and kill them there to stay safe.
Choke Point
  1. Head to the red building on the left.
  2. Jump across the gap between the buildings to find the Red Leaf Override Access Card.

Step 2: Collecting the Three Sector Keys

Now that you have the Red Leaf card, you can unlock the doors to the three remaining keycards. You can do these in any order, but you must have all three to reach the blueprint.

  • The First Card (Left Sector): From the central satellite, head left. Clear the aliens, unlock the building door, and grab the card from the desk.
  • The Second Card (Upper Sector): Head toward the locked door you likely saw earlier. Climb the ladders to reach the upper offices, unlock the door, and secure the second card.
  • The Third Card (Right Sector): Head to the right side of the complex. There are two buildings here; the one on the left contains a ladder. Head to the second floor, loot the body, then check the table for the final keycard.

Note: Be careful when backtracking. In my experience, aliens in this facility spawn back in almost as soon as you leave an area. Always keep your weapon ready when returning to the “middle” section.

Step 3: Unlocking the Turbine Blueprint

Once you have all three sector cards, return to the final locked door in the central section.

Door location
  1. Insert the three keycards to unlock the final room.
Keycard slots
  1. Safety Tip: Once you’re inside, I suggest closing the door behind you. More aliens will spawn outside, and you don’t want them wandering in while you’re busy looting.
  2. Activate the audio comms to hear the final logs of the facility and loot all the containers.
  3. The Turbine Blueprint is located in the primary chest inside this secure room.
