To secure the Plastic Dust blueprint, you must travel to the High Rock region and navigate to the highest building in the complex. While the path is relatively vertical, the lack of hostiles during specific windows makes it a straightforward retrieval for prepared players.
1. Navigating to MRB High Rock
Because player base locations often vary, the most reliable way to find this outpost is to use the starting ship as your primary landmark. From the ship, set your heading due South toward MRB “High Rock”. Once you arrive at the base of the cliffs, locate the stairs to begin your ascent into the facility.
2. Timing the Run for Safety
The most effective strategy for this run is to arrive just after a Rupture. During this post-rupture window, there are no aliens to fight, allowing you to focus entirely on navigation and looting without the risk of combat. Simply follow the established path upward as you move deeper into the base.
3. Scaling the Highest Building
Your destination is the highest building in the High Rock complex. To reach it, you will need to navigate a set of broken stairs that lead to an elevated platform above the main path. Be careful with your jumps here to ensure you reach the upper level safely.
4. Securing the Plastic Dust Blueprint
Once you are on the upper platform, identify the building directly in front of you. The Plastic Dust blueprint is located on the second floor of this structure. You can choose to loot the various containers in this building first or head straight for the blueprint chest to finish the mission.
