StarRupture Valve Blueprint Location

The Valve blueprint is located on the top floor of the Selenian’s Research Outpost, found by heading far East from your starting ship.

Players are realizing that liquid management and gas transport are impossible without the Valve. While this run takes you a fair distance from the starting zone, the outpost itself is relatively small and easy to navigate compared to the more infected zones. Here are the steps we recommend you take:

1. Travel to Selenian’s Research Outpost
2. Fight off the aliens
3. Retrieve the blueprint

Where to Find the Valve Blueprint in StarRupture

Follow the steps below to find the valve blueprint in StarRupture:

1. Navigating to Selenian’s Research Outpost

As with our other guides, we’ll use the starting ship as the primary landmark. There are 2 locations for the Valve Blueprint as shown on our Interactive Map. We chose to go to the one to the East.

• The Route: Head Far East. Depending on where you’ve built your base, you might have a slightly different angle, but as long as you maintain an Eastward heading from the crash site, you’ll run right into it.
• The Landmark: Look for a cluster of just two buildings. In a world full of massive derelict facilities, this one stands out because of its small footprint.

2. Combat and Entry

In my experience, this is one of the “quieter” outposts, but it isn’t empty.

1. Expect Resistance: A small number of aliens will spawn as you approach. Take them out before you try to enter the structures; it’s annoying to be jumped while you’re looking at loot.
2. First Building: Head into the first structure you come across. This serves as your “stepping stone” to the main prize.

3. Retrieving the Valve Blueprint

The blueprint isn’t on the ground floor. To get it, you’ll need to use a bit of basic parkour:

• From the interior of the first building, you need to jump over to the second building.
• Once you’ve made the jump, head to the top floor.
• The Valve Blueprint is located here in a standard blueprint container.

It’s a quick and easy retrieve once you’re actually at the site. Just be sure to check the rest of the floor for any loose supplies before you make the long walk back to your base.
